I had to exchange a nose ring because I order the wrong size, which was totally my fault.
I emailed them and they got back quick, told me what to send in, and the whole swap was easy. The new one come in about a week, and there wasn’t any weird hassle or extra runaround, so I’m happy with it.

The sterile bags looked sealed and everything seemed clean. The packaging wasn’t anything fancy, but it did the job. Something about it felt standard, but in a good way.

I’ve had earrings in the past that made my ears red and itchy quickly, but these were totally fine. My ears stayed calm the whole time with no irritation or weird itching at all.

I wore this for most of the day and it felt good the whole time. It’s just one of those things that’s easy to keep on without really thinking about it.

The quality seems solid for the price, and none of the jewelry had that cheap-looking feel. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, but from the updates it kind of felt like they were just a little backed up rather than careless. I’d give it 4 stars and would probably order from them again

My order showed up fine at first glance, but when I opened the box on my kitchen counter I realized one of the items was missing. I double-checked the packing paper and even looked around the floor like it might’ve magically fallen out, but nope. I emailed them that afternoon and didn’t hear anything back for a couple days.

Once someone finally replied, they were actually really polite and helpful. They didn’t make me send a bunch of photos or jump through hoops, which I appreciated, and they got the missing piece shipped out quickly after that.
So overall, the problem did get fixed and I’m not mad about it, but the waiting part was kind of irritating. It all worked out in the end, just would’ve been nicer if the first response had come a little sooner.

They have a good mix of designs, and some of them are really cute. A few styles felt kind of basic to me, though, so it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Still, if you’re just looking for plenty of options to browse through, it’s not bad.

I ordered a few titanium pieces and they seem legit to me. They look and feel like real titanium, not like something with a weird coating or cheap paint that’s going to start rubbing off. My ears didn’t react either, which is usually the biggest sign for me, you know? Shipping was fine, not exactly super quick but not bad. Overall I’m happy with them, I just kind of wish the packaging included more details about the metals so I could feel 100% sure.

I used the site and didn’t run into any problems, so it seems legit enough. That said, I’m not totally sure about the overall quality yet since I haven’t used it much, but my experience was fine
